About Us
Project Echo is an initiative of Matthew Bailey, the founder and creator of the business. Matthew was previously employed by both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court in a variety of roles (Client Services, Court Associate, Team Leader) and locations (Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong) for over seven years. He has travelled and participated in various meetings and training sessions in metropolitan, including Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne.
During his employment Matthew developed an acute understanding of the intricacies of consequences of complete file maintenance which, together with his innate sense of responsibility to “get the job done”, helped him to develop the business and provide the service that Project Echo now embodies.
Matthew’s personal attributes as a hard working, reliable and competent professional within the Wollongong and Sydney Family Court Registries have resulted in him receiving the personal references of a number of members of the Family Law judiciary, including both Federal Magistrate Brewster (of the Canberra Registry) and Federal Magistrate Altobelli (of the Sydney Registry).
